Processing Time

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process before shipping. During high-volume periods, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be applied automatically when your order qualifies.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Southern Direction is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.              

International Shipping  

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options, so please check back soon for updates.
