Return & Cancellation Policy

 At Southern Direction, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help.

Order Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made within two (2) business days of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us through the Contact Us page and include the following:

• Your full name

• Order number

• The item(s) you wish to cancel

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that cancellations cannot be reversed once confirmed.

Returns & Refunds

 Returns are only accepted if there was an error or damage on our part.

• Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

• To request a refund, please email info@southerndirectionapparel.com with:

o A description of the error or damage

o A clear photo for proof

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for your return or replacement.

Important: Please do not send any items back without approval. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.

Rhinestone Items Items containing rhinestones may naturally experience some loss of stones over time. For this reason, rhinestone items are not eligible for returns or refunds—no exceptions.
