Custom Designs & Content Restrictions

By submitting any custom or special design request, you agree to the following terms:

Trademark & Intellectual Property Review

 All custom design orders are subject to review for potential trademark, copyright, or intellectual property violations. We reserve the right to decline any order that appears to infringe on protected materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or text they submit.

Prohibited Content

 The owner reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or deny any order that includes or depicts:

o Blatant hate speech

o Derogatory or discriminatory language

o Offensive, explicit, or inappropriate imagery

 o Content deemed harmful, threatening, or unlawful

 Right to Determine Restrictions

The owner maintains sole discretion in determining what constitutes restricted or prohibited content. Decisions regarding order acceptance, modification, or refusal are final.

Right to Refuse Service

 We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time if an order violates these terms or if misuse of our services is suspected.

Customer Responsibility

By submitting custom content, you confirm that you:

o Have the legal rights to use all submitted materials

o Understand your design may be rejected if it violates these terms

o Agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates another party’s rights

Modifications to Requests

If your design violates these guidelines, we may contact you to request changes. If changes are not provided, the order may be canceled.

No Contact/Order Rejection

Communication regarding custom orders will be conducted through customer's provided email address. Three attempts will be made to customer for finalized design confirmation. If no response is received within seven business days  your order may be cancelled/refunded and customer will need to place a new order.
